Post from Zurich

Writing this at the end of a workday in Zurich while on a business trip brings back to mind how blessed I am in this job. I remember when I was first deciding to take this job, I told God that I wouldn't mind travelling, but not too much, and as a figure, I just threw out, "well, maybe once a quarter". True enough, this year has been exactly spot on target; I've been to HK twice this year on very productive work trips, and today after spending a day at the Zurich office, it has been great so far. Tomorrow I am still here in Zurich for another day of meetings, and on Wed I fly to Geneva for more meetings, but essentially I have been very blessed to have had a fairly realxing trip. The whole purpose of this trip has been to meet my counterparts in the Swiss offices, and to get to know them better, as well as to share some ideas with them how we work in Singapore, and it has gone down very well so far.

Sitting here, looking out the window at Lake Zurich with the sun shining outside makes me realise how good God has been to me, and how much I have to give thanks for. Have you given thanks to God today for what he has done in your life?
